Welcome! My name is Eric and I'm a physical therapist by trade. By life choices, I'm a father of Owen, an 8 -year-old and Cora, a 6-year-old as well as Jude, currently 2 and a half as of this writing. I've been married to a beautiful woman name Ashley since 2011 who is also a physical therapist. Four years ago we decided to turn over our and life purchase a physical therapy business of our own, buy a house, and have a baby. We haven't looked back since. As a physical therapist I spent most my days in the clinic and most of my nights chasing children.
I was raised in rural Colorado (Loma to be exact) on a pig farm. for the first many years of my life we raised hogs and cleaned runs. Then, the market shifted, My parents got out of the pig business (still have the farm though) and took more consistent, routine jobs. My parents raised me to be a strong, hard worker who took pride in his accomplishments, didn't brag, and stayed humble. But more than that, they taught me about life, love, and happiness. I learned so much from them that I take into my life and add my own twist.
But there is so much to me. And every Dad out there. So I created this site to discuss the highs and lows of my life in hopes of connecting to others going through something similar. To share ideas, recipes, life hacks to help better the lives of many. And simply to escape to my mind and clear it now and then.
